TCI Bank Limited will empower their employees by providing training to all of their staff from the renowned training institute of FranklinCovey. Stephen Covey, founder of FranklinCovey, is the author of the world famous book “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”.

Stephen along with Franklin Quest (maker of the famous Franklin Day Planner Organizers) came together in 1997 to produce the FranklinCovey Training Institute in which they train Fortune 500 leading companies’ employees on how to be more effective leaders.

On March 14, 2009, the entire staff of TCI Bank Limited will learn how to become more highly effective through this training. This is truly a first in Turks and Caicos history as no other business in the country has ever received such extensive training from a company of this standard.

"As a FranklinCovey consultant, I am excited at the opportunity to create and deliver this unique service excellence program for TCI Bank Limited," said FranklinCovey Trainer, Kristin Mackey.

TCI Bank said it wants to offer quality service to its customers and believes this training will not only allow employees to improve their personal leadership skills; but also produce community benefits through closer relationships and superb customer service from TCI Bank Limited.

"I'm proud to partner with FranklinCovey. As the person who heads up training for TCI Bank Limited, it is great to bring training from one of the most elite training facilities in the world to empower TCI Bank’s employees," said Training Facilitator; Sherwood Broomes.
